Join the RIO PHX team at an upcoming public hearing at the Planning Commission for the Rio Salado District Policy Plan and accompanying General Plan Land Use Map amendment to guide development in the Rio Salado District beyond the riverbanks.

Staff will provide a presentation on the project and public comment is welcomed to inform the recommendation of the Planning Commission.

The agenda for this hearing will be posted on the city’s Public Meeting Notices page before the meeting.

Can’t attend a hearing but want to express your opinion on the cases? To express your opinion on the draft plan and general plan land use map amendment, you may do so in writing via the following methods:
