Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department is teaming up with the National Recreation and Parks Association to host “Parks For Pollinators Bio-Blitz”, a free online workshop to learn about “butterfly monitoring” in our public parks. County staff relies on volunteers to collect vital butterfly population data that contributes to regional efforts to sustain and improve butterfly and insect populations. This workshop will provide participants with information and training on this unique public service opportunity. Join us!
