The RIO PHX team would like to invite you to a neighborhood meeting next week on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm to learn more about the newly released Rio Salado District Policy Plan, RIO PHX design guidelines, and accompanying General Plan Land Use Map amendment to guide development in the Rio Salado District beyond the riverbanks. A short presentation will be provided by city staff and attendees will be able to interact with and provide comments on the plan, design guidelines, and land use map amendment.
